I support individuals, leaders, and organizations in developing clarity, emotional resilience, and Self-led decision-making.
My work focuses on how internal dynamics—attention, emotion, and competing motivations—shape performance, leadership, and relationships.
What I Do
Most people do not operate as a single, unified decision-maker.
They operate as a system of competing internal drives—each influencing how they think, feel, and act.
When these dynamics go unexamined:
- decision-making becomes reactive
- communication becomes inconsistent
- internal conflict reduces clarity and effectiveness
I help people develop the capacity to recognize and work with these internal dynamics directly—so they can think more clearly, act more intentionally, and lead more effectively.
In my TEDx talk on the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), I explore how internal conflict shapes attention, decision-making, and long-term outcomes.
How I Work
My approach develops three core capacities:
Awareness
Recognizing internal reactions, impulses, and competing drives
Differentiation
Separating from immediate identification with those reactions
Deliberate Action
Making decisions from a more stable and coherent internal state
This work is practical and applied in real time—during decisions, conversations, and high-stakes situations.
Approach & Background
My work is informed by structured training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), including advanced training through IFSCA, as well as ongoing study in depth psychology and internal awareness practices.
I integrate these frameworks with principles from decision science and organizational behavior, translating them into practical tools for leadership, communication, and performance in complex environments.
This work is delivered as skills-based development, not therapy, and is designed to be appropriate for both individual and group settings.
Professional Experience
My experience includes work across individual, organizational, and institutional contexts:
- Former student of Kenan-Flagler Business School
- Experience with global organizations including Accenture
- Contribution to national corporate wellness programming
- Consulting with small businesses and organizational teams
- Work connected with a diplomatic organization engaged with the United Nations over multiple decades
- Speaker at TEDx on the impact of internal conflict (FOMO) on decision-making and attention
Across these contexts, the focus has remained consistent: supporting individuals and groups in navigating complexity with greater clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
From Individual Clarity to Organizational Effectiveness
The way individuals relate to their internal dynamics directly impacts how they function in teams and organizations.
When internal fragmentation is unexamined:
- misalignment increases
- communication becomes reactive
- decision quality declines
When individuals develop clarity and self-regulation:
- teams function more coherently
- communication becomes more precise
- leadership becomes more consistent
Philosophy
Clarity is not something we force.
It emerges when we are no longer fully identified with every thought, reaction, or internal conflict.
From that place:
- decisions become more precise
- communication becomes more grounded
- leadership becomes more consistent
Who I Work With
- Individuals engaged in self-inquiry and inner development
- Professionals operating in high-stakes environments
- Leaders responsible for people and outcomes
- Students preparing for demanding and complex careers
