  • Caregivers, helpers, and service-oriented communities
  • Grief and transition spaces (non-clinical)

The Practice

The session centers on an IFS-informed effortless awareness approach, supporting participants in relating to inner experience with clarity and permission rather than effort or control. The absolute resolve of living from Self – ‘Self-Led’ – is discovered by effortless awareness.

Sessions may include:

  • Guided effortless awareness
  • Grounding nervous-system settling
  • IFS-Informed transformative insight

No personal sharing or emotional disclosure is required.

  • Suitable for secular, spiritual, or mixed settings

Sessions may be offered as:

  • Awareness practice only, or
  • Awareness practice followed by kirtan

About the Facilitator

Mukunda is a management consultant trained in Internal Family Systems–informed facilitation and in contemplative practices including Bhakti yoga and Vajrayana Buddhist traditions. His work emphasizes depth, clarity, and resolve.
